This is a layout proposal based on two equal rooms at 5.8 m x 4.0 m each, with ceiling height assumed above 3.0 m. The team room uses one central 4-person bench desk. The founder room combines private work, guest tea meetings, and screen-based presentations.

Founder office suggestion

Keep the founder desk closer to the window side, but not directly against the glass. Put the sofa toward the entry half so visitors sit without walking through your whole workspace. Mount the big screen on the wall opposite the sofa for tea meetings and presentations.

Team room suggestion

The 4-person bench works in the middle because it preserves circulation all around it. Use one wall for operations storage and equipment, and keep the utility corner near the door so food, fridge, and device noise stay away from the camera zone.
